I haven’t done one of these in a long time, and I think it’s about time. My new plan is to do one at the end of the month and at the end of the week. Since today is February 28, this is my end of month running update.
Since I haven’t put it anywhere yet, my mileage goal for 2019 is to run 2019 km, which is about 1260 miles. January got off to a slow start with only 23 miles. February was a different story. I finished off today with 5 running miles and 3 walking miles to end up the month with 78.9 miles. This puts my yearly total at 101.98 or 51 miles per month. This is a good restart. Really looking forward to pressing on to meet my goal this year.
At 78.9 miles, this was my best February since 2014. While at the moment, I’m not very fast, I am trying to build endurance. Pressing On!
