Running Update

Moving to Eldred has been a challenge – a challenge to find new routes and to help Pam find a route that she can walk safely alone.  I have done well this week, clocking 31 miles of walking and running and today I was able to complete a 7 miler.  This was the first time this month that I completed seven miles.  It is a nice little route and if all goes well, I will expand it out another mile this week.  I am really looking to get back to a nice long run – at least 10 miles.  Today was a good start.  Considering I had a week of almost no runs or walks, I am at 65 miles which isn’t too bad…I was hoping for 70 at least.  But slowly we are establishing our new routine here and Pressing On!
