Running Update


I’ve really had to take this as my advise lately.  A mile is a mile – no matter how fast you run it.  It was good to get in a good week of running again.  The first mileage I have for July started on Tuesday.  I hate when life gets so crazy that I can’t get out and run, but that’s the way it has been lately.  This week I got in three runs – one of four miles, five miles and today’s six miler.  I’ve noticed since wearing my new watch, I am more creative on my runs – trying new routes.  I have fifteen miles for the month and the week.  During parts of today’s run I had some sub 9:00 mile paces.  That’s always fun.  Other than that it’s weird knowing that I’ll only be running in Staunton for another week and a half.  But even then I will keep Pressing On!
