This morning completed my first three run week in April. I also managed to double up my monthly mileage with my run this morning. So far I have run 44.5 miles and 23.5 of those miles were run and/or walked this week. With a good week next week, I should be able to get into the sixty mile range. I don’t know exactly what happened – I know we went away for a few days. There were several Sundays when Pam and I didn’t walk and I have missed three Saturdays in a row, one because we were away and the other two because I was exhausted and need the rest. This has been a perseverance kind of week – and that was odd because of how good Monday’s run felt – since then the runs have been rather ugly. This is one of those leaving the past behind and pressing on toward what lies ahead kind of weeks. Pressing On!
