This will be a short post because not much has happened on the running front this week. Since I worked almost 40 hours on my feet this week, the runs have been tough. I got in just 10 miles this week, although today’s 4 miler felt great and I ran it at an 8:49/mile pace. I’ve got 25 miles in for the month, so I’ll probably not make the 100 mile goal, since we already have two weeks in, but I’m going to try to get close if I can get my mileage bumped back up this week. Pressing On!
