Run Like the Wind
Today as I was running the Christopher Cross song came to mind. During the last lap, even though for the most part I was running into the wind, it felt like I was running like the wind. I ran 3 laps or 3.9 miles in 47:34. I missed a personal best by 4 seconds
. I was able to run at a consistent 12:11 mile. I think that’s pretty good considering, I haven’t been able to get out consistently. If this keeps up, I think I may be able to crack the 12 minute mile for good in a couple weeks. I was down to a 12:10 mile before the last snow. Hopefully that isn’t a sign of things to come this week.
As always Pressing on!
