This is a quick update today.  I got a 4-mile run in today in 50 minutes.  I’m really hanging onto that 12:30 mile.  It was one of those runs that was hard to dress for — by the time I was done running I was very warm.  Running with snow on the ground was a bit different.  Looks like the next time I’ll be able to run is Thursday.  The weather man is calling for another winter storm tomorrow through Wednesday morning.  Later…

December 7, 1941

Today we remember Pearl Harbor.  It’s a day to remember all of our military friends and personnel  for the sacrifice they give to our great country.  We are also thankful for their families who sacrificially give them to service for their country.  May we remember all those who have died in service today.
