50 Degrees and Damp

Turns out this seems to be the kind of weather that my body likes the best for running.  I had an awesome run today.  4 miles in 56 minutes — a 14-minute mile.  It is amazing how the body can respond to exercise.  Saturday will be my two month anniversary of running.  I remember those first days of running — completely out of breath and muscles aching.  Today’s run was much different.  Part of that was the moisture in the air.  I don’t deal well (apparently) with alot of pollen in the air.  I’m looking forward to running with my accountability partner (hopefully Friday) so that we can work on increasing my speed.
