This morning to begin our District Conference, we had a special speaker who hails from Roanoke give the morning devotional. He spoke from Luke 22:31-32 and used the title above.
We have three enemies:
- Satan – who will deceive you
- The World — image seduces us — “when image becomes more important than who you are in God, then it becomes an enemy.” — Romans 12:2
- Ourselves — When I don’t love me it keeps me from loving you.
- Satan desires to sift the good out of us so that we are left with the bad.
- Jesus has been praying for us
- That your faith fail not
- To encourage the brothers
- Don’t let the devil drain you.
