Tonight instead of bowling, the family loaded in the van to attend James’ first band concert.  James is a first year trumpet player along with the rest of the sixth grade band.  The first picture is before they started playing, when a book wasn’t covering his face.  The video is one of Paw-Paw’s favorite songs, “Hark! the Herald Angels Sing.”    We had a great time together and I’m proud of James.  To celebrate, we went out to Wendy’s for Frostys afterwards.
