Several weeks ago, I took James and Anna to the mall to pick up Dale at work. Our daughter Anna’s favorite store is Bath and Body. She loves trying out their new products. Bath and Body is more than willing to let you try the different products. Anna used to try several products at a time, but realized that wasn’t the best way to go. Now, she only tries one scent at a time now. This time they had a new product line called Temptations. Anna decided to try Frosting Forever which smells like cake frosting. She accidently got too much lotion on her hands. She wiped some on her pants, put some on my hand, and wiped some on James. When we were done at Bath and Body, we decided to go to Jo Ann Fabrics. Anna smelled like cake frosting (a very sweet smell.) Some of the women began going around the store looking for this scent. They even went as far to ask the employees where they could get the scent. After a while I realized that the smell they were looking for was Anna and her scented lotion from Bath and Body. It hit me how many times people go around for those perfect things. They never find what they are looking for or they cannot get what they want. They spend so much time looking for things that would make them happy and the things only make them happy for a moment. Then they are off looking for the next best thing that will make them happy.
