First, thank you for your prayers over the last 72 hours. My prayer was that God would take over and minister through me and that prayer was answered in a big way. It’s cool knowing that I have friends throughout the country praying for me. I felt the Holy Spirit’s power throughout the ministry time and especially during the visitation and the funeral today. In many ways, I hope it never “gets easier” to minister at a funeral. That way I know that I have to rely on God no matter what.

In addition to the funeral, we had Mosaic last night and I was really pleased. We had 28 students show up, so with staff we had 34. This would be the third highest since May. The last four weeks have all been over 27. I thank God for the opportunity He has given us to minister to the students of Henry County.

To say that I’m tired would be an understatement. But it is most definately a good tired. I am thankful for the opportunity to minister to the family. It was great because I also got to preach in front of the many of the local deputies. Have a great rest of the week. Blessings…Dale
