Since our children had the day off today (see the post below.) We were finally able to take Anna out for her sixteenth birthday (almost two months late.) She has been a great sport about all of this. We took her out to Red Lobster for lunch, which was the original plan back in December. The snow storm they were calling for wasn’t too much.

We got to the restaurant and ordered our sodas. Somehow I managed to knock over my glass, getting soda all over Pam and me and breaking the glass in the process. Both of us got a small cut on our hand. I almost knocked over my glass a second time and dropped my fork. So much for Anna getting all the glory. We settled down after that and we had a great time with Anna. Happy belated birthday, Anna!
